Dufry Careers at Minneapolis–Saint Paul International Airport is seeking a full-time Sales Associate to deliver friendly, efficient service while helping customers find products and completing transactions. You will greet customers, maintain a neat store, assist with stock replenishment and pricing, process payments, and support inventory control.

Responsibilities

• Acknowledge and greet customers.
• Communicate effectively with customers, fellow employees and store management.
• Know basic store layout to assist customers with product selection and questions.
• Operates a cash register.
• Follow all company policies and cash handling and loss prevention procedures.
• Protect all company assets and stock in stores and backrooms.
• Isolate, sort, and organize damaged or outdated products and inform management of stock issues.
• Maintain a neat, clean, and organized store including cleaning and trash removal.
• Place stock orders and receive freight; load and unload trucks.
• Provide ongoing stock replenishment to the sales floor.
• Assist in inventory and reconciliation of variances.
• Perform related work as assigned.

Duty Free Sales Associate Key Responsibilities:

• Acknowledge and greet customers
• Communicate effectively with customers, fellow employees and store management
• Know basic store layout to assist customers in their selection of product and be able to answer customer questions about the entire store
• Effectively operate a cash register
• Follow all company policies, cash handling policies, and special store loss prevention procedures
• Communicate pricing, out of date and inventory issues with managementProtect all company assets, stock merchandise in stores and backrooms
• Isolate, sort, and organize all damaged and outdated products and returns and inform management of any out-of-stock situations
• Help maintain a neat, clean, organized store, which includes sweeping, dusting, straightening of merchandise, and trash removal
• Places stock orders, receive freight, load, and unload trucks
• Provides ongoing stock replenishment to the sales floor
• Assists in inventory and reconciliation of inventory variances
• Perform related work as assigned
