Requirements include native/fluency in Dutch, English for reporting, and an EU passport for Bulgaria employment. On-site in Sofia, relocation is provided, with a competitive salary and paid training.

Qualifications

• Native or fluent Dutch (spoken and written) is strictly required.
• Strong English for internal reporting and team collaboration.
• Valid EU passport (mandatory for employment in Bulgaria).

Responsibilities

• Provide high-quality technical and functional support to Dutch-speaking clients across various platforms.
• Analyze complex customer queries within the customer support services sector to deliver prompt and effective solutions.
• Maintain a high level of customer satisfaction through professional, empathetic, and expert communication in Dutch.
• Collaborate with internal departments to streamline support processes and enhance the user experience.
• Document all interactions and resolutions accurately within the internal CRM system.
• Stay updated on the latest service features and company policies to provide accurate information to end-users.
• Contribute to the team’s success by meeting and exceeding performance KPIs and service level agreements.
