Mercier Consultancy Group is seeking a Dutch Speaking Support Specialist to join our client service team in Bulgaria. You will handle Dutch-speaking inquiries via email, phone and chat, resolving complex issues while maintaining high customer satisfaction.

You will relocate to Sofia for this role, joining a vibrant expatriate-friendly environment with comprehensive training, health benefits, and a competitive monthly salary. English proficiency is required for reporting and collaboration.

Competenze

• Native or fluent Dutch (spoken and written).
• Proficiency in English for corporate reporting and teamwork.
• Previous experience in customer support or client-facing roles.
• Willingness to relocate to Sofia, Bulgaria.
• Excellent communication and problem-solving skills.
