You will coordinate with internal teams to ensure timely dispatch and resolve shipment issues, while monitoring tracking systems and maintaining documentation accuracy.

The role requires native or fluent Dutch and professional English, with a genuine interest in logistics and a proactive problem-solving mindset.

Qualifications

• Native or fluent Dutch (spoken and written).
• Professional proficiency in English for inter-departmental communication.
• Genuine interest in the Logistics & Supply Chain sector.
• Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
• Strong customer service mindset to handle high-stakes delivery matters.
• Valid EU passport.

Responsibilities

• Act as the primary point of contact for Dutch-speaking clients, managing end-to-end logistics and delivery inquiries.
• Coordinate with internal supply chain departments to ensure timely dispatch and resolution of shipment issues.
• Monitor delivery tracking systems to provide proactive updates to customers, ensuring satisfaction within the Logistics & Supply Chain industry.
• Resolve delivery discrepancies and logistical challenges with precision and professionalism.
• Maintain high standards of documentation accuracy within the company’s logistics database.
• Support internal continuous improvement initiatives to enhance the efficiency of regional supply chain operations.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to streamline communication and optimize delivery timelines.
