You will be the primary contact for Dutch-speaking customers, handling phone, email, and chat support while resolving inquiries and guiding them through our products and services.

You will maintain CRM records, collaborate with internal teams to improve processes, and stay up-to-date with product knowledge and policies.

Qualifications

• Fluency in Dutch and English with excellent communication in both spoken and written formats.
• Prior experience in customer service is advantageous but not required.
• Strong analytical skills and a customer-oriented approach to problem-solving.
• Ability to engage effectively with customers from diverse backgrounds.
• Familiarity with CRM software and customer support applications.
• Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.
• A collaborative mindset with a positive attitude and a commitment to providing outstanding customer service.

Responsibilities
