No prior AI experience is required; strong Dutch and English communication are essential, along with meticulous attention to detail. This independent, remote position offers flexible scheduling and focus on language quality assessment.

Qualifications

• Native-level proficiency in Dutch, both spoken and written.
• B2+ proficiency in English with strong communication skills.
• Excellent attention to detail and ability to spot subtle language differences.
• Ability to provide clear, actionable written feedback following guidelines.

Responsibilities

• Listen to short Dutch audio clips and evaluate nativeness, fluency, and overall quality.
• Assess pronunciation, grammar, intonation, and authenticity against native standards.
• Identify language errors and unnatural expressions in AI-generated content.
• Provide detailed written feedback on language nuances and areas for improvement.
• Document findings using project tools and evaluation criteria.
• Apply rubrics and quality standards consistently across tasks.
• Collaborate with QA leads to ensure consistency and accuracy in evaluations.
• Participate in project update sessions and respond to clarification requests.
• Complete evaluations accurately and within project timelines.
• Maintain high attention to detail throughout the review and submission process.
