Job summary

YO AI Labs is seeking Dutch bilingual experts for a remote contractor role to evaluate AI-generated Dutch speech, assess linguistic accuracy, and provide detailed feedback to improve language models.

No prior AI experience is required; strong Dutch and English communication, plus keen attention to detail, are essential. You will document findings and follow project rubrics across tasks with independence in a remote setting.

Qualifications

• Native-level proficiency in Dutch with strong written and spoken skills
• B2+ proficiency in English with strong written and verbal communication
• Excellent attention to detail and ability to identify subtle language differences
• Ability to analyze pronunciation, grammar, fluency, and linguistic authenticity
• Strong written communication skills and ability to provide clear, actionable feedback
• Ability to follow detailed guidelines and evaluation criteria consistently
• Comfortable working independently in a remote environment

Responsibilities

• Listen to short audio clips in Dutch and evaluate nativeness, fluency, and overall quality
• Assess pronunciation, grammar, intonation, accent, and linguistic authenticity
• Identify language errors, unnatural expressions, pronunciation issues, and inconsistencies
• Provide clear and detailed written feedback on language nuances and areas for improvement
• Document findings accurately using project tools, guidelines, and evaluation criteria
• Apply rubrics and quality standards consistently across tasks
• Collaborate with QA leads for consistency and accuracy in evaluations
• Participate in project update sessions and respond to clarification requests
• Complete assigned evaluations accurately and within project timelines
• Maintain a high level of attention to detail throughout review and submission
