Job summary

YO AI Labs is seeking Dutch Bilingual Experts to contribute to a global AI language training project focused on improving Dutch-language understanding and generation. You will evaluate AI-generated Dutch speech, assess nativeness, fluency, and quality, and provide detailed feedback to improve language models.

No prior AI experience is required. Strong Dutch language expertise, English communication skills, and attention to detail are the key requirements for this role.

Qualifications

• Native-level proficiency in Dutch (spoken and written).
• B2+ proficiency in English with strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Excellent attention to detail and ability to identify subtle language differences.
• Ability to follow detailed guidelines and evaluation criteria consistently.
• Comfortable working remotely and independently.

Responsibilities

• Listen to Dutch audio clips and evaluate nativeness, fluency, and overall quality.
• Assess pronunciation, grammar, intonation, accent, and authenticity against native Dutch standards.
• Identify language errors, unnatural expressions, pronunciation issues, and other linguistic inconsistencies.
• Provide clear written feedback on language nuances and areas for improvement.
• Document findings using project-specific tools, guidelines, and evaluation criteria.
• Apply established rubrics and quality standards consistently across tasks.
• Collaborate with quality assurance leads to maintain consistency and accuracy.
• Participate in project update sessions and respond to clarification requests.
• Complete assigned evaluations accurately and within project timelines.
• Maintain a high level of attention to detail throughout the review and submission process.
