Job summary

YO AI Labs is seeking Dutch bilingual experts to contribute to a global language and AI training project. You will evaluate AI-generated Dutch speech, assess nativeness and quality, and provide detailed feedback to help improve language models.

This remote contractor role requires native Dutch, English at least B2, and strong attention to detail. Prior AI experience not required, but familiarity with linguistic evaluation is a plus.

Qualifications

• Native-level proficiency in Dutch (written and spoken).
• Strong understanding of Dutch linguistic standards and regional variations.
• B2+ proficiency in English with strong written and verbal skills.
• Excellent attention to detail and ability to identify subtle language differences.
• Ability to analyze pronunciation, grammar, fluency, and linguistic authenticity.
• Strong written and verbal communication to provide actionable feedback.
• Ability to follow detailed guidelines and evaluation criteria.
• Comfortable working independently in a remote environment.

Responsibilities

• Listen to Dutch audio clips and evaluate nativeness, fluency, and overall quality.
• Assess pronunciation, grammar, intonation, accent, and linguistic authenticity.
• Identify language errors, unnatural expressions, pronunciation issues, and other linguistic inconsistencies.
• Provide clear and detailed written feedback on language nuances and areas for improvement.
• Document findings accurately using project-specific tools, guidelines, and evaluation criteria.
• Apply established rubrics and quality standards consistently across assigned tasks.
• Collaborate with quality assurance leads to maintain consistency and accuracy in evaluations.
• Participate in project update sessions and respond to clarification requests when required.
• Complete assigned evaluations accurately and within project timelines.
• Maintain a high level of attention to detail throughout the review and submission process.
