YO AI Labs is seeking a Dutch bilingual expert to contribute to a global language and AI training project focusing on Dutch language understanding and generation. You will evaluate AI-generated Dutch speech, assess linguistic accuracy, and provide detailed feedback to support model improvement.

No prior AI experience is required; strong Dutch language expertise and English communication skills are essential for this remote contractor role.

Qualifications

• Native-level proficiency in Dutch, with strong written and spoken Dutch.
• Strong understanding of Dutch linguistic standards and regional variations.
• B2+ proficiency in English, with strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Excellent attention to detail and ability to identify subtle language differences.
• Ability to analyze pronunciation, grammar, fluency, and linguistic authenticity.
• Strong written communication and ability to provide clear, actionable feedback.
• Ability to follow detailed guidelines and evaluation criteria consistently.
• Comfortable working independently in a remote environment.

Responsibilities

• Listen to short audio clips in Dutch and evaluate the nativeness, fluency, and overall quality of AI-generated speech.
• Assess pronunciation, grammar, intonation, accent, and linguistic authenticity against native Dutch standards.
• Identify language errors, unnatural expressions, pronunciation issues, and other linguistic inconsistencies.
• Provide clear and detailed written feedback on language nuances and areas for improvement.
• Document findings accurately using project-specific tools, guidelines, and evaluation criteria.
• Apply established rubrics and quality standards consistently across assigned tasks.
• Collaborate with quality assurance leads to maintain consistency and accuracy in evaluations.
• Participate in project update sessions and respond to clarification requests when required.
• Complete assigned evaluations accurately and within project timelines.
• Maintain a high level of attention to detail throughout the review and submission process.
