YO AI Labs seeks Dutch bilingual experts to contribute to a global AI training project focused on Dutch-language understanding and generation. You will evaluate AI-generated Dutch speech for nativeness and accuracy, and provide detailed feedback to improve language models.

No prior AI experience is required. Strong Dutch language proficiency, English communication skills, and attention to detail are essential for remote work on this project.

Qualifications

• Native-level proficiency in Dutch.
• B2+ proficiency in English.
• Ability to work remotely and follow guidelines.
• Excellent attention to detail and ability to identify subtle language differences.
• Ability to analyze pronunciation, grammar, and linguistic authenticity.

Responsibilities

• Listen to short audio clips in Dutch and evaluate nativeness, fluency, and overall quality.
• Assess pronunciation, grammar, intonation, accent, and linguistic authenticity.
• Identify language errors, unnatural expressions, pronunciation issues, and inconsistencies.
• Provide clear written feedback on language nuances and areas for improvement.
• Document findings using project-specific tools and guidelines.
• Apply rubrics and quality standards consistently across tasks.
• Collaborate with QA leads to maintain accuracy and consistency.
• Participate in project updates and respond to clarification requests.
• Complete evaluations accurately within timelines.
• Maintain high attention to detail throughout the review and submission process.
