In this role, you will be the first point of contact for customers, helping them with questions about products, warranties, repairs and services. By providing clear, friendly, and solution-focused support, you will ensure every customer enjoys an excellent service experience.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage incoming customer inquiries via phone, email and chat in Dutch.
• Provide support on product information, orders, warranties, repairs and services.
• Guide customers through troubleshooting steps or elevate cases to technical teams when necessary.
• Ensure timely and accurate follow-up on open cases until resolution.
• Keep records of customer interactions in the CRM system.
• Deliver service with empathy, patience and professionalism, reflecting the high standards of the brand.

Requirements

• Native-level Dutch and strong proficiency in English (spoken and written).
• Previous experience in customer support, technical support, or call center environments is an advantage.
• Strong communication and active listening skills.
• Ability to handle technical product-related questions with confidence (training provided).
• Problem-solving mindset and ability to remain calm under pressure.
• Comfortable with digital tools and CRM systems.
