speakit, on behalf of our client, seeks a Dutch-speaking Customer Support Specialist to assist customers with vehicles, mobility services, warranties and repairs. You will respond via phone, email and chat in Dutch, and coordinate with service partners to deliver timely solutions.

Relocation is offered for abroad candidates, and you can work remotely across Greece after training. A strong communicator with English proficiency is required.

In this role, you will support customers with inquiries related to vehicles, mobility services, warranties, repairs and assistance programs. You will play an important role in ensuring drivers and vehicle owners receive timely, accurate, and customer-friendly solutions.

Key Responsibilities

Requirements

• Previous experience in customer support, automotive services, or mobility assistance is a plus.
• Excellent communication and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to remain calm and professional in urgent or stressful situations (e.g., roadside support).
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
