Speakit is seeking an enthusiastic Dutch-speaking Inbound Sales Representative to join our client’s team on an exciting project with a global technology leader. You will be the first point of contact for customers calling to place orders, answer product questions, and provide assistance.

You will have opportunities to upsell premium options and cross-sell complementary products while delivering an outstanding customer experience.

Qualifications

• Fluency in Dutch (spoken and written) and good command of English.
• Experience in sales, customer service, or a contact center environment is preferred
• Strong communication and active listening skills.
• Ability to identify opportunities and confidently present upsell/cross-sell options.
• Customer-first mindset with a passion for technology and innovation.
• Results-driven with a proactive and solution-oriented attitude.
