Atlean World is seeking a Dutch Back Office Agent in Greece to analyze BPO vendor performance and support high-quality customer experience across operations. You will collaborate with cross-functional teams and assist with frontline escalations.

The role requires 2+ years in online customer service or back-office work, fluency in Dutch and English, and willingness to work rotating shifts including weekends. The position is hybrid: 3 days in-office, 2 days from home.
