Job summary

Atlean World in the Netherlands and Belgium is seeking a customer support specialist to handle inbound calls, chats, and emails from consumers and partners. You will assist with after-sales inquiries, resolve issues using multiple tools, and mentor new team members to uphold service quality.

Role is full-time with a dynamic, informal culture. Dutch C1 and English B2 are required, and Greece work eligibility is needed. Training will be provided.

Qualifications

• C1 level in Dutch is required.
• B2 level in English for training purposes.
• No prior experience required, sales experience preferred.
• Strong stress tolerance and PC knowledge.
• Good problem-solving and multitasking skills.
• Eligible to work in Greece (EU citizenship or Greek work permit).
