Job summary

Four Seasons Maui is seeking a DUO AM Server to deliver exceptional guest service in our Food & Beverage division. You will describe menu items, communicate orders to the kitchen, and ensure timely, accurate service at the guest table in a luxury setting.

Role requires at least two years in F&B, ability to carry a tray, cash handling skills, and Hawaii/Maui certifications including ServSafe and liquor card. Schedule is casual and evenings/weekends may apply.

DUO AM Server

Serve guest needs by providing exceptional knowledge of food & beverage menu items as well as information regarding preparation methods. This role is part of the Food & Beverage Division, reporting to the DUO Management Team. Candidates must have valid authorization to work in the United States at the time of application.

What You Will Do

• Describe the selection of food & beverage menu items to guests by offering interesting, and vivid descriptions of each item’s, origin, taste, and preparation methods; communicate guest orders including any special needs or requests to the kitchen using the hotel’s point-of-sales system; coordinate food timings; check completed kitchen orders with the guest’s original order; transport items to the guest table in a timely manner to ensure proper food quality.


• Anticipate guest needs, ascertain satisfaction, and offer suggestions, and respond urgently and appropriately to guest concerns and requests.


• Properly and accurately close guest checks; process cash and credit card payments; properly settle voided checks or complimentary meals.
