Job summary

Dunkin in Norwalk, OH is seeking an Assistant General Manager to support daily operations, oversee the shift, and work with the Store Manager to ensure smooth, efficient service.

You’ll lead and develop the team, manage scheduling and inventory, uphold food safety and brand standards, and strive to meet sales and guest satisfaction goals. Flexible scheduling, PTO, and benefits are available.

Qualifications

Job Location: 555 Norwalk Dunkin - Norwalk, OH 44857, As a Dunkin’ Assistant General Manager, you’ll help oversee daily operations, support the team, and work closely with the Restaurant Manager to ensure the store runs smoothly and efficiently.

What you’ll do:

• Support the Restaurant Manager in daily operations and overall store performance
• Lead, coach, and develop team members and Shift Leads
• Ensure excellent customer service and positive guest experience
• Assist with scheduling, staffing, and shift coverage
• Help manage inventory, ordering, and cost control
• Ensure compliance with company policies, food safety, and sanitation standards
• Monitor store performance and assist in achieving sales and operational goals

Qualifications: What we’re looking for:

• Must be at least 18 years of age (or older, per applicable law)
• Strong leadership and communication skills
• Ability to coach, train, and develop a team
• Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
• Organizational skills and attention to detail
• Previous leadership experience in retail, restaurant, or hospitality preferred
