Dunkin’ Franchise is seeking a Restaurant General Manager to oversee daily operations at 556 Bellville Dunkin, Bellville, OH 44813. You will lead the team, drive store performance, and ensure exceptional guest experiences while upholding brand standards.

Responsibilities include managing scheduling, labor costs, inventory, ordering, and cost control; monitoring sales metrics and coaching staff; and ensuring food safety, sanitation and policy compliance.

We’re looking for a Restaurant General Manager to lead our Dunkin’ team! This role is responsible for overseeing daily operations, leading the team, and driving overall store performance.

As a Dunkin’ Restaurant General Manager, you’ll be responsible for the overall success of the store, including operations, team development, and customer experience.
