Job summary

Dunkin' is seeking an energetic Assistant Manager to support the Restaurant Manager in daily operations, team development, and delivering fast, friendly service.

You will be a hands-on leader ensuring shifts run smoothly, guest satisfaction remains a top priority, and profitability is achieved through effective staffing and adherence to brand standards.

Qualifications

• Previous supervisory or management experience in food service, retail, or hospitality.
• Strong communication and leadership skills.
• Ability to train, motivate, and lead a team.
• Focus on guest service and satisfaction.
• Problem-solving skills and a results-driven mindset.
• Must be at least 18 years of age.
• Availability to work flexible hours including mornings, evenings, weekends, and holidays.

Responsibilities
