• Extensive hands-on Duck Creek experience in Policy Billing and Integration.
• Experience leading onshore delivery in Agile environments.
• Strong client management and cross-location collaboration skills.

Responsibilities

• Lead the technical design, development, and delivery of Duck Creek solutions.
• Own end-to-end architecture and design decisions for scalability and performance.
• Act as the onshore technical lead for the client, guiding offshore teams.
• Collaborate with offshore leads to ensure coordinated delivery across locations.
• Mentor onshore and offshore tech leads and developers, upholding standards.
• Translate business requirements into technical solutions and communicate with stakeholders.
• Drive Agile delivery, sprint planning, estimation, and backlog refinement.
• Demonstrate solutions to clients and stakeholders, showcasing value.
• Identify risks and support integration with upstream and downstream PC systems.
• Contribute to governance and reusable assets across the engagement.
