The ideal candidate brings 5+ years in IT project management, strong Duck Creek DCOD experience, and the ability to manage complex Agile or hybrid projects with multiple teams and vendors, including change management and stakeholder engagement.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of IT project management experience.
• 4+ years delivering projects using Duck Creek technologies.
• Experience with Duck Creek upgrades and DCOD.
• Insurance processes knowledge (Policy, Billing, Claims, Underwriting or Risk).

Responsibilities

• Lead technology modernization initiatives focused on Duck Creek OnDemand.
• Own project delivery, vendor management, and change management.
• Coordinate across business and technology teams and multiple vendors.
