Responsibilities

• Educate and enroll qualified dually eligible beneficiaries into the Blue Shield Duals Special Needs Plan.
• Respond to inbound call inquiries about Blue Shield's D-SNP.
• Place outbound calls based on lead campaigns, direct mail, and other marketing campaigns.
