Job summary

Gold Coast Health Plan is seeking a licensed insurance professional to sell the D-SNP plan by phone to California residents. You will handle inbound inquiries, process enrollment applications, and explain plan options and costs to help customers make informed choices.

The role requires 2+ years in Medicare/Medi-Cal sales, bilingual English/Spanish, and an active or soon-to-be California Life, Accident and Health license.

Qualifications

• 2 years experience in a call center related to Medicare/Medi-Cal Sales, Claims, Customer Service or Provider Service.
• Bilingual in English and Spanish.
• Experience with the Medicare and Medi-Cal programs.
• California Life, Accident and Health Insurance License, or the ability to obtain within 60 days of employment.

Responsibilities

• Sell GCHP D-SNP plan over the phone to individuals eligible for the product.
• Receive inbound calls from prospects and process applications for enrollment.
• Explain Medicare options, plan benefits, and costs to help individuals make informed decisions.
• Make outbound calls to follow up and close business in compliance with regulations.
• Maintain California Life, Accident and Health Insurance License and complete required training.
