Your Role

The Direct Sales Representative, Intermediate - Duals is responsible for educating and enrolling qualified dually eligible beneficiaries into the Blue Shield Duals Special Needs Plan (D-SNP) through inbound and outbound telephonic interactions. The Direct Sales Representative, Intermediate - Duals will report to the Sr. Manager of Duals Outreach and Events and will support the growth and retention of Blue Shield's D-SNP by providing compliant, accurate, and compassionate guidance to a highly specialized and vulnerable population. In this role you will be responding to inbound call inquiries about Blue Shield's D-SNP, place outbound calls based on lead campaigns, direct mail and other marketing campaigns, and complete the education and sale of products and services.

Your Knowledge and Experience

• Requires at least 3 years of prior relevant experience
• Required Health plan sales experience
• Requires an active Health and Life License in the state of California
• Requires Medicare-Medi-Cal or dual eligible knowledge
• Preferred Bilingual (Spanish, Chinese, or other Medi-Cal threshold languages)
• Preferred basic knowledge of systems including but not limited to AEVs, Marx, Salesforce and Facets
• Preferred knowledge of BSC products/services and eligibility requirements
