Job summary

Lifetouch’s JCPenney Portraits team is seeking a full-time Dual Studio Manager to lead two portrait studios in a host environment. You will provide outstanding customer service throughout the photography, sales and delivery experience and oversee scheduling, hiring, training, and daily operations.

Ideal candidates are at least 18 with a high school diploma, 2–5 years in supervisory or retail roles, and comfortable with evenings, holidays and weekends.

Qualifications

• Minimum 18 years of age with high school diploma or GED; college degree preferred.
• 2-5 years of supervisory, retail, sales, service-related, or photography experience preferred.
• Ability to work a varied schedule including evenings, holidays and weekends.
• Intermediate computer skills including Excel.

Responsibilities

• Provide remarkable customer service throughout the photographic, sales, and delivery experience
• Follow established processes for scheduling, hiring, training, selling, and photography
• Manage performance and develop the skills of Team Members
• Accountable for the studio’s ability to achieve results (sales average, customer satisfaction)

• Accountable for the studio’s ability to achieve results (sales average, customer satisfaction…)

The Skills You’ll Bring

• Minimum 18 years of age with high school diploma or GED equivalent; college degree, preferred
• 2-5 years of previous supervisory, retail, sales, service-related, or photography experience preferred
• Ability to work a varied schedule, including evenings, holidays and weekends
• Strong communication, interpersonal, and collaborative skills

Pay Rate: $22.00
