Job summary

Lifetouch is hiring a Part-Time Assistant Studio Manager for dual locations at JCPenney Portraits. You’ll support studio operations, guide sessions, and drive sales while delivering a memorable customer experience.

You’ll need 1–2 years retail/photography experience, solid computer skills, and flexibility to work holidays and weekends. Weekly pay is complemented by monthly bonus potential and benefits.

Qualifications

• Minimum 18 years of age with high school diploma or GED equivalent.
• 1–2 years of experience in retail, photography, or service industry preferred.
• Ability to work varied schedule including holidays and weekends.
• Intermediate computer skills (navigation, data entry, Outlook, Excel).
• Strong analytical and critical thinking skills.

Responsibilities

• Assist the Studio Manager with operation and management of a portrait studio.
• Capture images that are fun, spontaneous, and creative to exceed customer expectations.
• Talk with potential customers and call existing customers to schedule and confirm sessions.
• Provide delightful customer experience.
• Demonstrate professionalism and ensure safety by following procedures.

What You’ll Do Here

• Assist the Studio Manager with the operation and management of a portrait studio

The Skills You’ll Bring

Hourly Payrate: $16.50
