Job summary

Lifetouch is hiring a Part-Time Assistant Studio Manager for dual locations in Dearborn, MI. You will support the Studio Manager in operating a portrait studio and delivering a fun, high-quality customer experience, with opportunities to earn a monthly bonus.

The role requires 18+ with a high school diploma or GED, 1–2 years retail/photography experience, flexible schedule including holidays, and basic computer skills (Outlook, Excel).

• 1–2 years of experience in retail, photography, or service industry preferred.
• Ability to work a varied schedule including holidays and weekends.
• Intermediate computer skills (Outlook, Excel).
• Strong analytical and critical thinking skills.

Responsibilities

• Assist the Studio Manager with the operation and management of a portrait studio
• Capture images that are fun, spontaneous, and creative to exceed the customers’ expectations
• Talk with potential customers and call existing customers to schedule and confirm sessions
• Provide delightful customer experience

What You’ll Do Here

• Assist the Studio Manager with the operation and management of a portrait studio
• Capture images that are fun, spontaneous, and creative to exceed the customers’ expectations
• Talk with potential customers and call existing customers to schedule and confirm sessions
• Provide delightful customer experience
• Demonstrate professionalism and show concern for the safety of customers by following established safety procedures

The Skills You’ll Bring

• Minimum 18 years of age with high school diploma or GED equivalent
• 1 – 2 years of experience working in retail, photography, or service industry strongly preferred
• Ability to work a varied schedule including holidays and weekends, as needed
• Intermediate computer skills (e.g., navigation, data entry, Outlook, Excel)
• Strong analytical and critical thinking skills

Hourly Payrate: 17.00
