Job summary

Shutterfly's JCPenney Portraits team in Wisconsin is seeking a full‑time Dual Studio Manager to lead two portrait studios in a host environment, supervise staff, and drive sales while delivering exceptional photography experiences.

You will schedule, hire, train, and coach Team Members; ensure smooth operations and achieve sales and customer‑satisfaction goals; and adapt to evenings, holidays, and weekends.

Qualifications

• Minimum 18 years of age with high school diploma or GED; college degree preferred.
• 2–5 years of previous supervisory, retail, sales, service-related, or photography experience preferred.
• Ability to work a varied schedule, including evenings, holidays and weekends.
• Strong communication, interpersonal, and collaborative skills.
• Intermediate computer skills (e.g., navigation, data entry, and Microsoft Excel).
