Lifetouch’s JCPenney Portraits in Illinois seeks a full-time Dual Studio Manager to lead two portrait studios, oversee teams, and drive sales while delivering exceptional customer service.

As part of a host environment, you will schedule, hire, train, and support staff, ensuring operational excellence and consistent guest experiences. The role includes competitive pay, ongoing training, flexible scheduling, and benefits.

Qualifications

• Minimum 18 years of age with high school diploma or GED equivalent.
• 2-5 years of previous supervisory, retail, sales, service-related, or photography experience preferred.
• Ability to work a varied schedule, including evenings, holidays and weekends.
• Strong communication, interpersonal, and collaborative skills.
• Intermediate computer skills (e.g., navigation, data entry, and Microsoft Excel)

Pay Rate: $22.00/Hour

This position will accept applicants on an ongoing basis until filled.

The compensation package for this role is based on multiple factors, such as job level, responsibilities, location, and candidate experience. The base pay ranges included below are specific to the locations listed, and may not be applicable to other locations.

Illinois: [$19.83 - $23.80]
