Blue Castle Agency in Winston-Salem, NC is seeking a Multi-Site Property Manager to oversee two market-rate communities. You will split time between the larger site and the smaller sister property, driving leasing goals, maintaining budgets, and supervising on-site teams.

You will ensure resident relations, lease renewals, and maintenance tasks across both properties, while staying compliant with fair housing rules. A strong track record across two sites is essential for success.

Competenze

• 3+ years of property management experience, including managing more than one community at a time.
• Comfortable working across property classes — B and C class experience is a plus.

Mansioni

• Run day-to-day operations at both communities, keeping each one on track.
• Manage budgets and monthly financial reporting for both properties.
• Drive leasing and occupancy goals, working closely with the on-site leasing team.
• Handle resident relations and lease renewals, including the tough conversations.
• Coordinate vendors and oversee maintenance work across both sites.
• Supervise and support on-site staff, including the leasing team at the main property.
• Walk both properties regularly to stay ahead of anything that needs attention.
• Keep both communities compliant with fair housing rules and company policy.
• Pitch in on marketing and resident retention at the smaller property as needed.
