Blue Castle Agency in Winston-Salem, NC is seeking a Multi-Site Property Manager to oversee two market-rate communities. You will split time between the larger site and the smaller sister property, driving leasing goals, maintaining budgets, and supervising on-site teams.

You will ensure resident relations, lease renewals, and maintenance tasks across both properties, while staying compliant with fair housing rules. A strong track record across two sites is essential for success.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of property management experience, including managing more than one community at a time.
• Comfortable working across property classes — B and C class experience is a plus.

OVERVIEW

A growing property management company in Winston-Salem is looking for a Multi-Site Property Manager to run two market-rate communities side by side. You will be based primarily at the larger of the two, with a smaller sister property down the road under your wing as well. If you like variety and do not mind splitting your week between two sites, this is a good one.

WHAT YOU'LL DO

• Run day-to-day operations at both communities, keeping each one on track
• Manage budgets and monthly financial reporting for both properties
