Job summary

Trinity Property Consultants in Denver seeks a Multi-Site Property Manager to drive NOI and occupancy across two properties, Arrive 800 Penn and ReNew on Stout, delivering superior resident experiences and team leadership.

You will manage financial performance, reporting, pricing, and operations, while mentoring on-site staff and ensuring regulatory compliance. Bachelor’s preferred; CPM/CAM/RMP a plus; normal M-F schedule and multi-site duties.

Qualifications

• Experience as a Property Manager in the multifamily housing industry is required.
• 2–5 years of property management experience, with 2 years at 300+ unit properties and/or mixed-use communities preferred.
• Previous multi-site experience is preferred.
• Proficiency with property management software and financial reporting is expected.

Responsibilities

• Own your properties’ financial performance by meeting occupancy and NOI goals.
• Provide accurate and timely reporting to regional leadership.
• Execute pricing and marketing strategies based on market trends to maintain occupancies.
• Identify and implement operational efficiencies without sacrificing quality and experience.
• Hire, train, and lead high-performing on-site teams.
