Job summary

Tamarack Property Management Co. is seeking a Property Maintenance Technician to perform grounds maintenance, preventative maintenance, repairs, turnovers, and janitorial tasks. You will travel between two properties, working 20 hours at Canyon Village Apartments and 20 hours at Hot Springs Senior Apartments.

Strong building trade skills and customer service are essential. On-site role with a focus on safety and cleanliness.

Qualifications

• High School degree or equivalent with technical training in building trades.
• At least 2 years of skilled maintenance experience.
• Ability to operate maintenance tools and testing equipment.

Responsibilities

• Complete work orders in a timely and accurate manner.
• Perform repairs including painting, carpentry, plumbing, electrical, HVAC, etc.
• Maintain exterior grounds and common areas.
• Assist with turnover processes and bed bug treatment as directed by Property Manager.
• Provide on-call maintenance and respond to emergencies as instructed.
• Document preventive maintenance activities via the Recurring Work Order process.
• Travel between two properties as needed and report to Property Manager.
