Job summary

Northwest Real Estate Capital Corp. is seeking a Property Maintenance Technician to perform grounds cleanup, preventative maintenance, repairs, turnovers, and janitorial tasks across 52 apartment units at four properties. The on-site team supports a high standard of cleanliness, customer service, and safety, reporting to the Property Manager.

Qualifications

High school diploma or equivalent with technical training in a building trade.
2+ years of skilled maintenance experience.
Ability to perform groundskeeping, repairs, and turnovers.

Responsibilities

Completes work orders in a timely and accurate manner.
Cleans up after work is complete and maintains grounds.
Performs repairs including painting, carpentry, plumbing, electrical, and HVAC basics.
Coordinates with Property Manager on turnovers and bed bug treatment as directed.
Uses maintenance software to document activities.
Responds to emergencies and provides on-call maintenance as needed.
Inspects units and property for hazards and recommends improvements.
