Job summary

RHF (Retirement Housing Foundation) is seeking a Maintenance/Janitorial Team Member to support Marymount Manor in Tacoma, WA and Pinewood Manor in Bremerton, WA.

This full-time, non-exempt role covers both properties within a single position, with travel between locations as needed. You will perform janitorial duties, general maintenance, preventative tasks, unit turnovers, and respond to service requests to keep communities clean, safe, and welcoming.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 2 years in the maintenance field.
• Strong understanding of mechanical, electrical, and plumbing systems.
• Able to read and interpret technical manuals.
• Familiar with basic maintenance software and tools.

Responsibilities

• Perform daily janitorial duties in common areas to maintain cleanliness.
• Respond to work orders and prioritize based on urgency.
• Complete unit turnovers within 3 days of move-out when needed.
• Assist with painting and preventative maintenance tasks on schedule.
• Inspect apartments and systems as required and assist with inspections.
• Address maintenance emergencies including after-hours as needed.
