The RIGHT STAFF is seeking an experienced HR Manager to partner with site leadership in East Greenville, PA. This on-site role drives employee relations, recruitment, performance management, onboarding, retention, and HR policy implementation across a dual-site operation.

You will coach managers, support organizational changes, ensure regulatory compliance, and lead strategic HR initiatives to create a productive, engaged workplace. Direct-hire opportunity with a competitive benefits package.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in HR/Business or related field.
• 7+ years HR experience in a manufacturing or distribution environment.
• Strong knowledge of HR regulations and best practices.
• Excellent communication and problem-solving skills.

Responsibilities

• Partner with leadership to identify and address HR needs across the site(s).
• Provide guidance on employee relations, investigations, policies, and employment practices.
• Support recruitment, onboarding, retention, and the employee life cycle.
• Coach managers on performance management, employee engagement, workplace relations, and productivity.
• Lead HR initiatives, organizational changes, and policy implementation.
• Promote consistency and compliance with HR policies and employment regulations.
