Newport Hospitality Group in Kentucky is seeking a Housekeeping Supervisor to lead our Rooms Division and ensure exceptional guest experiences. You will oversee housekeeping operations, recruit and develop staff, and uphold standards across guest rooms and public areas.

The role emphasizes leadership, efficiency, and guest satisfaction, with the ability to manage budgets, staffing, and safety compliance while supporting a positive, high-performing team in a hospitality-focused environment.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of housekeeping experience, with at least 1 year in a supervisory role (preferred).
• Strong leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills.
• Physical ability to perform job requirements.
• Must be able to work weekends and/or Holidays as business needs dictate.
