Job summary

Newport Hospitality is seeking a Housekeeping Supervisor to lead our Rooms Division team at Courtyard By Marriott - Somerset, driving exceptional guest experiences and operational excellence.

You will recruit, train, and develop housekeeping and laundry staff, maintain high cleanliness standards across all areas, manage budgets, staffing, inventory, and ensure safety and company standards, while addressing guest concerns to enhance their stay.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of housekeeping experience, with at least 1 year in a supervisory role.
• Strong leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills.
• Physical ability to perform job requirements.
• Must be able to work weekends and/or Holidays as business needs dictate.

Responsibilities

• Lead and develop housekeeping and laundry staff, fostering a positive and high-performing environment.

What You'll Do:

You'll oversee all aspects of our housekeeping operations, focusing on:
