White Lodging is seeking a Housekeeping Manager in Denver to oversee the Housekeeping and Laundry Departments, ensuring cleanliness, safety, and guest satisfaction. You will manage schedules, payroll and financials while developing future housekeeping leaders in a fast-paced upscale environment.

The role requires a passion for service, strong communication, and attention to detail; prior supervisory experience at an upscale hotel is preferred.

Qualifications

• Prior leadership or supervisory experience required.
• Experience with upscale property or brand hotel is a plus.
• Strong communication and supervision skills.

Responsibilities

What You'll Do

• The Housekeeping Manager will oversee the Housekeeping and Laundry Departments


• Ensure compliance with processes and procedures for cleanliness, safety and guest satisfaction


• Ensures property guestrooms, public space and employee areas are clean and well maintained


• Execute leadership tasks such as financials, payroll, scheduling, etc.
