Job summary

White Lodging is seeking an Assistant Director of Housekeeping to lead the Housekeeping and Laundry teams across our upscale hotels. You’ll drive service excellence, uphold cleanliness standards, and partner with Front Office to resolve issues quickly.

Responsibilities include payroll, scheduling, financials, training future housekeeping leaders, and maintaining inventory controls. This role demands a proactive, guest-focused leader in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities:

What You’ll Do

• The Assistant Director of Housekeeping assists in overseeing the Housekeeping and Laundry Departments, including Housekeeping Managers and Supervisors
• Maintain a strong working relationship with the Front Office to ensure effective communication for operational issues
• Ensure compliance with processes and procedures for cleanliness, safety and guest satisfaction
• Ensures property guestrooms, public space and employee areas are clean and well maintained
• Execute leadership tasks such as financials, payroll, scheduling, etc.
