White Lodging is seeking a dedicated Housekeeper in Richmond, VA to maintain pristine guest rooms and public areas, ensuring sanitary, sparkly environments that elevate guest satisfaction.

The role requires physical stamina, a strong guest focus, and reliability, with flexibility to work weekends and holidays as needed; prior cleaning experience and certification completion are valued.

Qualifications

• Prior cleaning experience (one year preferred but not required).
• Completion of training with certification sign-off.
• Ability to lift, carry, or move up to 10 lbs regularly and 25 lbs occasionally.
• Willingness to stand and move quickly for long periods of time.
• Flexibility to work flexible hours, weekends, and holidays as business needs require.

Responsibilities

• Provide the highest quality of service to guests by anticipating and exceeding their expectations.
• Ensure guest rooms and bathrooms are clean, sanitary, and sparkling.
• Strip dirty linen and trash, clean bathrooms, make beds, dust, vacuum, and restock rooms.
• Clean, organize, and restock the housekeeping cart.
• Self-inspect rooms and submit room status reports to Supervisor upon completion.
• Practice safety standards at all times and help maintain a safe property for guests and associates.
• Perform other duties as assigned.

What You’ll Do
