Job summary

White Lodging in Indianapolis seeks a dedicated Housekeeper to deliver top-quality guest service and maintain spotless hotel environments. You will restock rooms, prepare linen and cleaning supplies, and support other housekeeping duties to ensure guest comfort.

Ideal candidates demonstrate initiative, strong judgment, and the stamina to lift up to 25 lbs and stand for extended periods; a housekeeping certification is preferred and daily Paid Time Off is available.

Qualifications

• Experience and desire to give guests the best service and experience.
• Ability to take initiative and self-motivate.
• Good judgement and critical thinking skills.
• Certification sign-off after training.
• Physical ability to lift up to 10 lbs regularly and 25 lbs occasionally; stand/move for extended periods.

Responsibilities

• Provide highest quality service to guests and anticipate/exceed expectations.
• Clean and restock linen closets, linen and storage rooms with supplies.
• Restock housekeeping carts with clean, sanitized glassware.
• Vacuum and/or mop hallways and stairwells.
• Clean offices, Front Office areas, and associate break room.
• Perform other duties as assigned.

What You'll Do
