White Lodging is seeking a Housekeeping Manager to oversee the Housekeeping and Laundry Departments and ensure the highest standards of cleanliness, safety and guest satisfaction.

The role emphasizes leadership responsibilities, payroll, scheduling, and developing future housekeeping leaders in a fast-paced upscale property environment. This on-site position requires dedication to exceptional service and team collaboration.

• Experience with brand hotel or upscale property is a plus.

What You'll Do

• The Housekeeping Manager will oversee the Housekeeping and Laundry Departments
• Ensure compliance with processes and procedures for cleanliness, safety and guest satisfaction
• Ensures property guestrooms, public space and employee areas are clean and well maintained
• Execute leadership tasks such as financials, payroll, scheduling, etc.
