Job summary

White Lodging is hiring for a Housekeeping Aide/Laundry role in Milwaukee, WI. You will split duties between housekeeping and laundry to deliver the highest quality guest service, restock supplies, and maintain clean guest areas.

You will be expected to lift and move items, stand for long periods, and complete training with certification. Perks include DailyPay, medical/dental/vision benefits, PTO with rollover, wellness tools, and 401(k) with company match.

Qualifications

• Prior housekeeping or guest service experience preferred.
• Ability to lift up to 25 lbs and stand for extended periods.
• Desire to provide the best guest experience and take initiative.
• Certification sign-off after completing training.

Responsibilities

What You'll Do

• Split hours between Housekeeping Aide and Laundry, and in doing so, will provide the highest quality of service to the guest and anticipate and exceed guest expectations


• Clean and restock linen closets, linen and storage rooms with linen and supplies


• Restock housekeeping carts with clean, sanitized glasses and cups


• Vacuum and/or mop hallways and stairwells


• Cleaning of offices, Front Office areas, and associate break room


• Perform other duties as assigned

What You'll Bring

• The Housekeeper will have experience and desire to give guests the best service and experience


• Desire to take initiative and self-motivate


• Ability to use good judgement and critical thinking skills


• A certification sign off after completing training


• The ability to lift, carry or otherwise move up to 10 lbs. regularly and 25 lbs. occasionally. As well as the ability to move and stand for extended periods of time
