You will balance workload between properties, help with proposals and contracts, respond to inquiries, and support guest satisfaction while aligning with revenue objectives.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required or equivalent experience.
• Working knowledge of hotel operations, sales and catering, events, brand standards, and business etiquette.
• Proficiency with office and sales systems, accurate basic mathematics, and the ability to operate standard office equipment and meet deadlines.

Responsibilities

• Provide sales coordinator support for two hotels, balancing daily workload and deadlines between the properties.
• Assist the sales managers and regional director of sales in all facets of the sales and service process and office management, focusing on revenue optimization.
• Answer calls and inquiries regarding hotel facilities and menus, relaying information to managers and clients.
• Prepare and process proposals and contracts, distribute memos, resumes, rooming and amenity requests to departments.
• Maintain filing systems, log accounts, and keep copies of contracts and correspondence orderly.
