Job summary

Courtyard New York Manhattan/Central Park is seeking a Dual General Manager to establish priorities, lead key initiatives such as the sales plan and budget, and drive successful property improvements. You will provide hands-on leadership to maximize revenue while controlling expenses and serve as the communications hub among guests, associates, ownership, corporate, brand representatives, and vendors.

Qualifications

• Requires at least 6 years progressive hotel experience or equivalent mix of education and experience.
• Proficient with Windows operating systems and company-approved spreadsheets/word processing.
• Valid driver’s license for the applicable state.

Responsibilities

• Lead development and execution of sales plans and hotel budget.
• Provide hands-on leadership to maximize revenue while controlling expenses.
• Communicate effectively with guests, associates, ownership, and brand representatives.
• Direct daily operations and ensure high standards of service and safety.
• Conduct regular financial reviews and monthly forecasts with department heads.
• Mentor and develop management staff and drive training.
• Oversee property maintenance and vendor partnerships.
• Maintain compliance with Aimbridge Hospitality policies and SOPs.
