Job summary

Aimbridge Hospitality seeks a Dual General Manager for Courtyard Manhattan Central Park in New York. The role oversees two hotels, delivering strategic leadership, financial performance, and exceptional guest service while aligning with brand standards.

The position requires extensive hotel operations experience, strong communication, and the ability to drive revenue and manage expenses. This is a full-time, permanent role offering a competitive package and benefits.

Qualifications

• At least 6 years progressive hotel operations experience or a 4-year degree with 4–5 years related experience or a 2-year degree with 5–6 years related experience.
• Proficient in Windows operating systems, company-approved spreadsheets and word processing.
• Must have a valid driver’s license and strong communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Oversee all aspects of operations for assigned properties; provide guidance to management teams and front line associates.
• Lead the sales plan, budget development and execution of property improvement projects.
• Ensure financial performance is optimized and brand standards are upheld.
• Direct monthly financial reviews with department managers and ownership perspectives.
• Maintain high standards of guest service and safety in compliance with regulations.
