Job summary

Courtyard by Marriott is seeking a Dual General Manager for two adjacent hotels located at 1717 Broadway, New York, NY. This leadership role oversees all operations, drives revenue, and ensures exceptional guest experiences in line with Aimbridge Hospitality standards.

The position requires strong business oversight, strategic planning, and hands-on leadership of executive teams to maximize occupancy, revenue, and profitability.

Qualifications

• Six years of progressive hotel management experience or a 4-year degree with 4–5 years related experience.
• Proficient in Windows, company-approved spreadsheets and word processing.
• Valid driver's license required.
• Strong leadership and problem-solving skills.
• Excellent verbal and written communication.
• Ability to analyze financial data and manage budgets.

Responsibilities

• Lead operations for two hotels, ensuring high standards of service and financial performance.
• Develop and execute the annual sales plan and budget.
• Provide hands-on leadership to management teams and front-line staff.
• Monitor monthly financials and conduct regular reviews with department managers.
• Ensure compliance with brand standards and company policies.
• Coordinate training and development to maintain service excellence.
