Job summary

Delaware County Community College seeks an Administrative Assistant for Dual Enrollment Pathways to support program operations, student services, and data management. You will assist the DE Pathways Manager with enrollment, events, and communications, while upholding confidentiality and professional service.

Collaboration with high school counselors, college staff, and faculty is essential to ensure smooth student transitions and successful program outcomes.

Qualifications

• Minimum of three-plus (3+) years of administrative/office management related experience.
• High School diploma/GED required; Associate degree preferred.

Responsibilities

• Support DE Pathways Manager in Pathway program operations and communications.
• Maintain accurate enrollment and attendance records in program databases.
• Assist with scheduling, reports, budgeting, and textbook ordering for DE-Pathway students.
• Collaborate with high school staff, college advisors, and faculty to facilitate student transitions.
• Maintain confidentiality and provide excellent customer service to students and staff.
